Project: Digital Design for Mt. Rainier

We were given the prompt of increasing the digital services of a fictional Mt. Rainier Park Service. Working in a 48-hour window, our five-person team researched the business, users, and services that could be most improved through a digital solution. The result was a mobile app the could manage park reservations, campsite bookings, and provide offline trailhead maps.

Learning Outcomes

Our final design was one of two finalists. Creating the bones for a complete digital experience in a short time is always a challenge. With a focus on collaboration and an expansive ideation phase, we were able to completely create a comprehensive answer to the challenge.
